SenseTime Group has established an Anti-Fraud Committee, responsible for the Group's internal and external anti-fraud undertaking. The Human Resources Department, the Legal Department, the Internal Control Department, the Internal Audit Department, and the Compliance and Supervision Department are responsible for specific work such as system construction, case investigation, education and training.
SenseTime Group has formulated and issued the Anti-Fraud Management System and the Anti-Commercial Bribery Compliance Policies and Guidelines, which provide guidelines for the Group's anti-commercial bribery compliance work.
